What is habit? (Habit Formation)

Habits are the accumulation of tiny actions we engage on for over a period of time then forming a steady way of life.
We form one habit or the other out of our daily activities either from favorable conditions or unfavorable ones. And these habits can be better or bad engagements.

Well, though every human being is a habitual animal, and we form one good or bad habit, my aim is to help you drop those bad habits and replace them with good new one for better community, improvement in businesses, and better products as a company.
