No doubt, stories of sudden success in life are what each and every one of us wants to hear but, the real truth depends on the process and routine of achieving such success.
Most often we are obsessed with sudden success story of how someone made a huge success within a couple of few months or years and we forget to ask the process and routine involved in making this success happen. We always forget to ask about the habit that was formed which is the accumulation of our daily activities which led to this sudden success as it may seem to most of us.
Rapid change and transformation is what every one of us wants but you have to remember that almost every habit you form – good or bad is as a result of many small decisions over time. And assuming you know this is the truth, if the problem you are facing today is as a result of accumulation of small decisions you made over a period of time.
Why not channel those decisions into good and positive lifestyle so as to accumulate worthy character as habits that will guarantee that seemingly overnight success to some of us.
And if it is true that the problems you are facing now are the result of thousands of small Decisions made over the course of years, and then would it not make sense that, that path to success, Health, strength, joy,
Fulfillment, meaning, and vitality would also be through thousands of daily Decisions?
But still, we often forget about such principle when we want to make a change.
The process to becoming the type of person you want to be does not necessarily depends on the fastness of achieving that means but ultimately depends on the process which was used and the routine involved.
How often you practice this same behavior as a habit determines how habitual it becomes with you over those periods of time.
To illustrate this let us take a look; how in shape or out of shape you want to be depends on daily routine habit.
How happy or unhappy you would like to be depends on your daily habits.
How successful or unsuccessful you are depends on your daily habits.
Remember, what you repeatedly do transform you to making it a habit over time.
So, let us go straight to the science behind how your habits work in lesson 3.
No doubt, with these ideas, you should be well engaged to make change in your life and stick to healthier habitual and moral lifestyle for the long term.
And my final two points should be:
1. Knowledge without action is entirely useless. You are now well equipped with tools to use and change your life, now it is time to do it. I know you have a lot of goals that are important to you, then, use these ideas to make it a reality.
